Join a small group for thirty days as we each set our own goal and support each other in attaining it, as we learn more about ourselves through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.

Led by Cynthia Copple, 27 year Ayurvedic Practitioner, this program offers a lot of support, inner homework, an Ayurvedic cooking class, brainstorming solutions to obstacles as they come up. What seems impossible often is not, as it is shared.

We meet for an all day class on Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm to learn the Ayurvedic approach to health and life and set our goals. Then we meet once a week on Monday evenings at the Lotus Holistic Health Institute,

DATES & TIMES
Sunday, February 28
Mondays from 6:30-8:30 (March 8, 15, 22, 29).

COST : $300
Add-on Special: 4 Ayurvedic Swedana Bodywork & Herbal Steam treatments, once a week: $250 (regular cost of bodywork $400)

If you have previously taken the Thirty Day Wellness Program, you can repeat the program for $150 (half price).

Master of Arts - Ayurveda (hon.)

by Mount Madonna Institute College of Ayurveda.

President of the Institute, Brajesh Friedberg, said, "She totally deserves this." Cynthia was one of the founding directors of the Institute and continue.

Mount Madonna Institute is "the foremost Ayurvedic College in the U.S." according to Dr. R. H. Singh, former Dean of the College of Ayurveda at Banaras Hindu University (India).
